Strategic Christian Leadership

Great leaders are those of unquestionable character. Character is formed by what we stand for, or fall for. It is made by many good actions, but lost by a single undesirable action. Character is an invisible property, yet the most noble possession we can have.

The first qualification for leadership is integrity – leading and living a life of consistency in our good actions, values, measures, and principles. The secret of success is dynamic leadership – to think big about what you want to achieve, and the way to get there.

Leaders do not grow on trees. Leadership qualities must be identified and those people must be nurtured and trained up from grassroots level. Let us always focus on the willing and available person for particular training, even if that person is untaught, untrained, ill-equipped, incompetent or unqualified.
