About The Book

Mishack lives a life full of melancholy and dread; with a shaky criminal past and blame for his big brother, Themba, for their mother’s death. However, Mishack finds comfort in a young beautiful woman, Connie. The relationship helps Mishack get his life together, but through all of this, he is constantly haunted by nightly nightmares which evoke an unfathonable suspicion about his criminal past.

A story recited by a corner dweller, Jita, one of the four unemployed boys who idle at the corner of the dusty township of Namahadi.
